







Rachel Lozich

Rachel Lozich is currently a Board Certified, Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada and North Carolina,
and a doctoral student in the Early Childhood, Multicultural, and Special Education Program at the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She earned her B.A. in Psychology in 2006 and her Master of
Education in 2010, also both from UNLV. She is a Licensed Teacher and was the elected At-Large
Representative for the Nevada Association for Behavior Analysis during the 2023-2024 terms. Rachel has
been active in the field of behavioral analysis since 2001, where she began her journey into the world of
ABA at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) working with adults at P.A.T.H, and later, with children at
the Early Childhood Autism Program. The foundations that Rachel received in ABA at UNR in
combination with her training in Special Education from UNLV have proven to be very instrumental in
disseminating behavioral analysis to a wide variety of individuals and organizations. Over the past 25
years, Rachel’s career in the application of behavioral analysis has served those in a variety of populations
including autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, physical disabilities,
and behavioral health. Rachel has a deep commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Drawing on a foundation of educational expertise and years of applied experience, Rachel brings both
compassion and innovation to her practice. Her approach is shaped by evidence-based strategies and a
dedication to empowering not only her clients but also their families and support networks. As a
professional, she has worked, consulted, or collaborated with home and center-based programs, parents,
speech therapists, occupational therapists. school districts, city recreational programs, foster care systems,
and day treatment facilities. Additionally, Rachel provided ABA services overseas in Kuwait for over five
years, where she was able to refine her skills in developing and implementing interventions, adaptations,
and modifications for neurodiverse students in classroom settings, and training lay persons in how to
utilize behavioral techniques in their daily lives. Rachel would like to continue to expand her vision in
making quality behavioral interventions that significantly improve lives available to everyone in need,
regardless of the obstacles.
