Olivia Martens
BCBA/Behavior Analyst
Lovely Day, ABA And Autism Services
Olivia Martens currently resides in Oregon with her partner and two dogs and is joining
Lovely Day ABA’s Training and Development Team as a BCBA with a deeply rooted
desire to uplift clinicians, families, and professionals in neuro-affirming, and sensory-
and trauma-informed care.
Olivia graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a BS in Cognitive
Science with a specialization in Neuroscience (2013) and began working in Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a behavioral therapist.
Olivia later pursued an MS in ABA at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology
and acquired a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in California with
the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst
(LBA) with Oregon’s Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board (BARB) and North Carolina’s
Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB).
Olivia’s therapeutic practice for her clients is influenced by her autistic sister's
successes and independence following the support of her incredible apraxia- and
sensorimotor framework-informed therapists and educators. Olivia's therapeutic
passions are demonstrated in providing rich, child-led experiences (in the great
outdoors as often as possible!), fostering curiosity for a lifetime of learning, self-
advocacy, and self-determination.
