With over fifteen years of dedicated experience in behavior intervention, Bipon has built
a distinguished career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Her extensive
background includes roles as a behavior interventionist, clinical supervisor, regional
clinical director, and clinical director. Trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA),
Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Bipon excels in
working with neurodivergent individuals across diverse settings. A proud graduate of the
Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Bipon has had the privilege of learning
from some of the most esteemed behavior analysts in the field of ABA. Her dedication
and expertise were further recognized through her first publication in the Journal of
Education and Treatment of Children, a testament to her rigorous thesis study under the
mentorship of Dr. Mitch Fryling. Bipon’s robust educational background has been crucial
